Starting to plan the conf.

Picking a date

Casey: first 2 weeks of classes (starting 8/27) is "shopping period" - students aren't graded, so they're more likely to attend.

We can have a Saturday when they'll attend.

8/30 & 9/6 are the 2 saturdays in that period. 9/1 is Labor Day.

Arts & Ideas is coming really soon, might be too soon for us, but maybe we can do something smaller with it, maybe with the GenArt stuff. (They're announcing the schedule in early April.) It's June 14 - 28. http://artidea.org/board-of-directors
