See - nextstrain/zika#16 - nextstrain/zika#17 - nextstrain/.github#13 This has been modified to a cusomized avian flu parameters but may be harmonized with the zika, measles, and dengue builds later.

Hi @lmoncla, this is just updating our pathogen CI from .travis to GitHub Actions. It shouldn't affect the way you run the pipeline but will maintain consistency in CI testing between our pathogen pipelines (zika, measles, ...). Please feel free to msg me if you have any questions!
