Current behavior

This was implemented in the alpha branch prior but got deleted in a merge conflict fix. It will need to be reimplemented.

Suggested solution

Copy and paste the changes as is:

  1. Create the src/hooks/useRepositoriesList.ts
  2. Include new types src/vite-types.d.ts (if needed)
  3. use useRepositoriesList in RepoWrap
  4. Set "Recent" as the default filter instead of "popular"

With the merge of this PR #381, we can focus this issue to make recent the default and in this order (pictured).
