UserpicAllowRect

By default Melody forces all userpics to be square by centering and then cropped the longest edge. It then scales the userpic to the configured size. Users wishing to preserve the aspect ratio of uploaded userpics would set this configuration directive to one (1). When set to one, Melody will simply scale the uploaded userpic to the configured size.
