This PR refactors the visitor keys handling in the linter plugins by removing lazy-loading and making it statically imported. The visitor keys are now required for selectors DSL, so they need to be included in the bundle.

Previously we lazy-loaded visitor keys file, because it would be rarely used. But it's required for selectors DSL, so statically import it, and include it in bundle. Also, import it as a TS file, since it's valid TS, even without type annotations.
