This is the initial fuzzy-tests commit. It's based on the acceptance-tests repo but with all acceptance-tests deleted.

This was done automatically by running `npm install precommit-hook`
The rest is now in the [fuzzy-tester](https://github.com/pelias/fuzzy-tester) repo.
This reverts commit fb457da. Right now, even though the 22nd St Caltrain station is in OSM, it doesn't show up in search results for "22nd st caltrain".
