I have a machine named
tigerto which I share my dotfiles, including the following topgrade option:What did you expect to happen?
When I run
topgrade, it recognizes it is on tiger and proceeds without remote connections.What actually happened?
❯ cat /etc/hostname tiger ❯ topgrade ―― 19:56:57 - Remote (tiger) ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― Connecting to tiger... janek@tiger's password:This obviously fails, it is unable to connect to itself - and even if it were, it would become an endless cycle.
