Starting with Linux 4.19 there is mainline support for the Mediathek MT7610U and MT7612U chipsets. So let's enable the mt76 driver to gain support for those Wifi dongles.
The driver has been successful tested with rpi-4.19.27 (bcm2709_defconfig) using a TP-Link AC600 T2UH Archer with a Raspberry Pi 3B.
The other defconfigs has only been compile tested.
