Testing For The 1.1 Release

A pre-release, no warranty, run-at-own risk set of packages for MeqTrees 1.1 is available here:

We're seeking pre-release testers. Issues: 

* 8.04: many fails because of qt-4.3. Some backwards compatibility is missing. 

* 9.10 32b: python-qwt5-qt4 package as shipped by Ubuntu is broken.
