Version: What redis-py and what redis version is the issue happening on?

4.0.1

Platform: What platform / version? (For example Python 3.5.1 on Windows 7 / Ubuntu 15.10 / Azure)

M1 Mac OS 11.6, python 3.8.12

Description: Description of your issue, stack traces from errors and code that reproduces the issue

Importing redis still causes the redis-py works best with hiredis. Please consider installing warning. It looks like #1721 intended to fix this, but didn't quite remove the message in enough places.
