Because this is currently plain command line tool, further releases will not include binary files.

• Add cropped images to result folder.
• Add all data to result folder.
• Rewrite plotting, address an issue with --forceNoFillBetween plotting.
• Fix bug in re-analysis that will delete func folder when running the python script.

More consistent release

Solved issues:

1. When file prefix contains numbers, the first image cannot be identified.
2. When operating on a low I/O performance path (where file writing lock is not always working like expected, eg. an USB drive), the time stamps of some files can be lost when reading and cropping. This will also cause inconsistencies between different positions, which will lead to program failure.

First beta release

Roughly tested on macOS Big Sur and Windows 10. Please download corresponding version.

For macOS users: The binary is not signed using an Apple developer account, so the system will prompt to delete this program at your first run. You need to select keep and then let it bypass the security check at System preferences -> Security & Privacy -> General. You will see a notice down below that window and you can click on "open anyway".
