Add missing imports
Closes #457: Split up tests into more Travis jobs.
Run desired unit tests instead of only Mac.
Makefile: re-add scheme default
Thanks for your contribution! However I'm going to to close this in favor of #502 which is targeting master and has a passing test suite. |

I believe I may have completed the Swift 3 migration. Please have a go at it and see if there's anything missing.
@stephencelis I understand you may be busy, but would appreciate it if you could have a look at this.
