@akleeman or @peddie, is it reasonable to bring in this long list of commits in the cmake module? Seeing as it was pointing to the initial commit in the cmake repo, does it actually use it..?

I thought Albatross already had some of these commits, e.g. stuff to do with suppressing the sanitizers. Most of these look irrelevant, but if they don't break anything I don't see why not update.
