RAiD
The Research Activity Identifier (RAiD) is a free and open project to provide unique and persistent identifiers for research projects and activities, and to record their non-sensitive information for access by research communities worldwide. According to the ODS Scoping Report, RAiD is primarily used in Australia and New Zealand. (Stone et al, 2021)
It seems pertinent to note that RAiD should not be used to recreate metadata for research elements that are already recorded as metadata elsewhere by other PID providers, including CrossRef or DataCite DOIs, ORCiDs, or ROR ids. (Source)
