The ExampleProject Seems to be broken

Hi,
The ExampleProject doesn't run properly for me.
When I navigate to ....\helloworld I get the message:
"The entity type HelloWorld is not part of the model for the current context". It seems I can't get a connection to the AdventureWorks 2012 database.
What are you intended to do there? Linking to a hosted version of the AdventureWorks-database somewhere?

Hi Peter, Yes feel free to modify whatever. You can update the sample project with the latest source and fix any issues like you've uncovered. There's also an issue with the tutorial as I was following it one time and I remember that a step is incorrect. I also have a PR in from another dev that has a merge conflict. Would you mind trying to resolve that? I made to a contributor to the project so now you can push to the repository. It won't let me add you to the PR until you accept the request... Thanks again! In addition, there are a number of issues outstanding. Feel free to take a look at those. Some of them go back well over a year. Yikes!

Thanks, I'll see what I can do. My time is limited, but let's take the most out of the opportunities for collaboration that Github offers, and help each other.
