News: sticky posts
It's possible to mark a an individual post as sticky which will force it to the top position of /news. It will stay there until the sticky setting is manually removed.
Sticky posts will also be forced into the posts widget view on the home page, though it won't be obvious in the preview. These steps are required:
- allow sticky posts (set Ignore Sticky Posts to No)
- set the query to display 2 posts (instead of 3) because the sticky one will be inserted on the live page
