Exporting the Raw Data

For In-Person Assessments, on the WebCNP home page (https://webcnp.med.upenn.edu), click on the "View Results / Scores" link

For Virtual / Remote Assessments, on the WebCNP home page (https://webcnp.med.upenn.edu/surveys), click on the "View Results / Scores" link

1. Click on the link that says "Advanced Search (i)" link on the right-hand side of the screen. The "default" is the "basic search" page, but it does not offer enough refinement in terms of what data to search for. Once you select the "Advanced Search (i) link, that will now be your default search page for any future searches.
2. Select your project Site ID: X (in the example, it's PRACTICE)
3. Click/Select the "Include Incomplete" Batteries checkbox (on the bottom of the light green box)
4. Click on the gray button "List Sessions" on the right-hand side of the screen. (data should load)
5. Scroll down the page, until you can see the results listed for your siteid.
6. The report should show up for you in the Report field above. In the example above, it is 1490: time_stamps_per_....
7. Click "Export Report to CSV".
8. Download your Results and open the file
