Add slider attribute to control vehicle speed limit, set to zero to disable speed limit.

Is this important (used frequently) enough to warrant an attribute or would a module be better for this feature? |

I was actually thinking that the attributes screen was getting a little crowded, and that I certainly use this command much more than the Vehicle Respawn ones. Maybe we can have CBA settings to hide certain attributes that a player does use? |
