Fix: Enforce All Assets in AssetsListUpdated Event
This PR changes the asset synchronization behavior from incremental to full synchronization to ensure the client always has the complete and accurate asset state. The key changes include:
isIncremental = falseinAssetsService.saveMany()to always emit all assets in theAccountAssetListUpdatedevent instead of only changed assetsAccountsSynchronizersince we now save all assets regardless of changesThis ensures the client receives the complete asset state on every synchronization, preventing potential state inconsistencies between the snap and the client application.
