Log into AWS and raise a support ticket

gds aws notify-prod -l

You do not need to assume an admin role for this and can then open a support ticket through the user interface. You get their support center via the '?' icon in top nav:

AWS provide GDS technical people who we can escalate to and keep up to date if we want our tickets looked at quicker. You can contact them in the #aws-gds-comms Slack channel. If you raise a ticket, put a note about on the Slack channel for visibility, with its ID.
