This PR adds scheduler-related data to the diagnostics bundle that users can export. The diagnostics function already collects logs, session data, config, and system information into a zip file - this change extends it to also include scheduling information which can be valuable for troubleshooting.
- Adds three new scheduler-related items to diagnostics:
schedule.json,schedules.json, and files from thescheduled_recipesdirectory - Follows the same defensive pattern as existing code (checking file existence before reading)
- Maintains consistency with existing error handling and file operation patterns
