These tests render a GML FeatureCollection with an SLD/SE document and compare the output of the image.
These PR will be the base for the rework of PR #1410 #1204 and others.
The unit tests use the bounded-by of the feature collection as BBox and the width/height of the reference image as where/how the image has to be rendered.
Currently, TTF and SVG tests have been disabled. These have problem which were found while creating this unit-test and will be repaired with separated PR for a better changelog.
