This issue collects work items of the Eclipse Che Team for Sprint 224 (August 31 - September 20).

Sprint goals

• Preparations for Dev Spaces 3.2 release with DWO 0.16.0 (the release is planned between Sep 26th and October 4th)
• Airgap support for Che-Code editor (both upstream and downstream)
  • Use embedded openvsx registry on dogfooding
  • Downstream embedded openvsx registry @nickboldt

Blockers for 3.2 that need to be backported in 7.52.x
