After doing some investigation, it seems the Elasticsearch snapshot is the root cause of the issue.

Issue: elastic/elasticsearch#45444
PR: elastic/elasticsearch#45463

I can confirm the latest code on elasticsearch master fixes the issue. I will wait until a new snapshot is generated before re-enabling the test.
