Package Manager consists of the following section:

Browse Packages|Installed Packages|File Permissions|Download Packages|Upload Package|Settings

Browse Packages: Browse through all the packages available for your forum.

Installed Packages: Lists all the packages which are installed in the forum.

File Permissions: Where you can restrict certain file access from users. [Not recommended to edit it]

Download Packages: You can download the packages directly from fileserver or from an URL.

Upload Package: The place where you manually upload the downloaded packages [Packages are available at http://addons.elkarte.net/].

Settings: Your FTP details and some backup options.
