Tx = transaction and not full receipt

• Header is now RLP encoding of

    transactionsRoot,
    receiptsRoot,
    logsBloom,
    difficulty,
    number,
    minGasPrice,
    gasLimit,

]

• receiptsRoot is the root of the trie formed by:

{
    0: receipt(tx0),
    1: receipt(tx1),
    ...
    N: receipt(txN)
}

• receipt(tx) is defined as the RLP encoding of:

    postStateRoot,
    gasUsed,
    txLogsBloom, ('' if no logs)
    [log0, log1, ..., logN]
]
