Goal:

• Fix issues found in WSC L2 beta testnet & prepare for mainnet launch

Updates:

1. applied fix blob index optimism#167 to beta testnet
2. applied add beta_testnet_fdg_upgrade.md #177 to beta testnet
3. created a script to change SGT name(add UpgradeSoulGasToken.s.sol optimism#172, UpgradeSoulGasToken.s.sol: get impl correctly optimism#173, UpgradeSoulGasToken.s.sol: get admin correctly optimism#174) and applied to beta testnet
4. created workflows to generate binary release for op-node(binary release workflow for op-node optimism#175) and op-geth(add publish-op-geth.yml op-geth#29)
5. updated swc-doc for beta testnet(update with beta testnet info swc-doc#9, fix url swc-doc#10, update steps for beta swc-doc#11)
6. code reviews

TODO:

1. add monitor tool for beta testnet
2. investigate the new Kurtosis devnet.

Updates:

• Answer Bithumb's questions about QKC indexing
• Response to a QKC library issue reported by Bithumb with a fix, will give a postmortem
• Find a couple of QKC document improvements. Also, lock/unlock of PoSW page does not work with the latest Metamask (but Rabby works)
• Play a chatbot with LangChain, I will give a demo later
• Run beta test node, found a couple of doc issues release, 1
