The nanosleep test code in test/boot.c was computing delta as (stop.tv_sec - start.tv_sec) + (stop.tv_nsec - start.tv_nsec). Clearly, if delta is in nanoseconds then (stop.tv_sec - start.tv_sec) needs to be multiplied by 1e9. Signed-off-by: Mark Stillwell <mark@stillwell.me>

syzbot caught an infinite recursion in nsh_gso_segment().
Problem here is that we need to make sure the NSH header is of
reasonable length.

The nanosleep test code in test/boot.c was computing delta as (stop.tv_sec -
start.tv_sec) + (stop.tv_nsec - start.tv_nsec). Clearly, if delta is in
nanoseconds then (stop.tv_sec - start.tv_sec) needs to be multiplied by 1e9.
