Kinto Server has a 'per user quota' which should displayed in our UI. We handle error storage (#824) but should improve UX.

After authenticating, kinto might return some errors we should handle.

 fix synced UI after kinto error. Should request reconnect.
 implement a solution to unblock the user.
 display used quota. #837
