Along the lines of the recent conversion of Iris to SPLIT_KEYBOARD, here's a conversion for the redox.
I wanted this as my redox uses i2c and I wanted to try out the I2C RGB LED support. It works just as @That-Canadian advertised (i.e. the static modes work across the halves just fine, no animation support at this stage).
@mattdibi Might want to take a look and check that everything looks good
