Web Payments Working Group Plan

• At its 20 September 2016 FTF meeting, the Working Group set the following priorities for the weeks after the meeting (as prerequisites for getting PR API to CR):
• Close PR API issues
• Review and advance payment apps spec; to get to FPWD
• Address push payments
• Close Payment method identifier issues
• Advance the test suite
• At its 28 April 2016 teleconference, the Working Group set the following priorities:
  • Extensibility (and specifically payment app registration and architecture for browser-payment-api)
  • Moving published working drafts forward and supporting implementations
  • Widening the scope of our published work (HTTP API, additional payment methods)
