The unit testing instructions were pretty dated, including a reference to the unmaintained standalone WP unit tests repo.
This PR updates them to be more explicit, and adds auto-detection of a standard VVV environment so that tests "just work" even if installed inside an alternative WP version for VVV hosting purposes.
