Partial differential equations (PDE) are supported in the toolbox Reaction-diffusion-simulator by Raphael Engesser. To transform your existing ODE system into the toolbox use arToPDE.m. To transform your PDE system into a d2d ODE system use rePDE2ar. For more information see the Reaction-diffusion-simulator wiki.
