If you've looked at the Common problems and solutions topic and checked the Geoportal forum, but still need help or questions about a customization, consider purchasing a Technical Support Plan. Technical support plans allow for direct access via phone or email to the Geoportal Server team. Also available are onsite Geoportal Server Jumpstart Packages and 20-Hour Office-based Support. For more information on support plans and other packages, see the Geoportal Support page.

You can also contact Esri Professional Services at portal@esri.com for other assistance, such as new functionality customization or assistance with running the Geoportal Server in a non-supported environment.
