Installation Version 1.0

For a successful Geoportal Server 1.0 installation, follow the steps below.

• Check that your system meets the requirements specified in the Preinstallation topic.
• Follow all of the steps and guidelines in the Geoportal Server Installation Guide. For certain system environments, additional documentation is provided in the documents listed below.

• After the Geoportal Server is installed, carry out the Post Deployment Actions.
• Customize the Geoportal Server to suit the needs and design of your organization. Many customizations are discussed in the Customizations topic.
