v2024.1.3 28/02/2024

This "hotfix" release introduces changes in the version of some schemas. Due to the BaseTypes schema version change from 3.3 to 4.0, all schemas imported from schemas moved to version 5.0 must also be moved to version 5.0 to avoid errors related to different namespaces.
