This branch is used in PR1040 applications user.
Current PR1040 uses this branch.
split into #1082, #1083, #1084, #1084, #1085, #1085, #1086, #1087, #1088, #1089, #1090, #1091, #1092 , #1121

• big changes
  • merge tweet change into origin/master
  • battery change into origin/master ([jsk_pr2_startup] use new battery warning #1082)
  • hark -> respeaker ([jsk_pr2_startup] add pr2_microphone.launch and support hark and respeaker #1085)
  • navigation change into origin/master
  • logger changes (mainly change in LightweightLogger fix to work LightweightLogger #1121 )
