1. November Open Meeting
   • Topic: convening of IGs? Something like Fedora documentation meeting? Other?
   • Suggestion of coffee talk on accessibility -- lots of aspects relevant to the community: technical, metadata, video transcript and subtitles, image alt-text, institutional policies, user testing.
     • Organize Open Meeting discussion around ADA Title II regulations coming into effect April 2026
     • Issues to discuss: metadata tag for archival content? What do do with published content?
     • Ask the community if they have recent accessibility wins or a pain point they would be willing to discuss
     • Usability testing, code development, theming that support Title II compliance?
     • Open to discussion, to inform resources, future work, future community of practice/interest group?
2. January Open Meeting
   • TBD at November 15 ICC meeting
3. IslandoraCon updates
   • Announcement and survey distributed 11-1, recruitment for Code of Conduct Committee
4. Next steps for ICC with governance structure changes that will combine LG and ICC; Community Manager search
