• Effective use of TAG meetings
  • There isn't always enough consensus about what TAG is advising on, or enough information for it to advise on a particular issue as a body
  • Suggestion: could there be some brainstorming about an area of development for a sprint?
    • Note that successful sprints in the past had more staff infrastructure to set up, and a schedule set well in advance for planning
  • Suggestion: use TAG meeting time as working time to generate list of priorities, develop recommendations
    • Note that this would be more effective if there is direction from IF governance on priorities
