Improve handling of requests where Media lacks an associated File #1059 It is possible to create a media without a file programmatically. The proposed approach sounds good.

IslandoraUtils.php#getReferencingMedia very slow in certain circumstances #1055 Difficult to determine the cause. Need a simpler use case/query example to review this issue. What is the mechanism that is being used here to trigger the derivative? We may need to refactor the util function to be more specific.
