[5.3] Template Description

Summary of Changes

Updates the template description from "joomla 4" to "joomla 4 and joomla 5"

A client was confused as they only had a joomla 4 template when they had done a clean install of Joomla 5

I could have renamed it to say "joomla" but decided not to in the hope that by the time Joomla 6 is released it will have new templates. If it doesnt then the strings can be changed again to the versionless option

Would be good to get this merged before we reach a language freeze

Test by using the custom update server of the prebuilt packages and checking the descriptions.
