What problem does this PR solve?
Issue Number: ref #34106
Problem Summary:
What is changed and how it works?
Add IOPs and Disk Throughput to the overview, because these two could be common bottlenecks in Cloud.
Adjust NullPolicy from "Connected" to "Null" for system info metrics, so that it looks more correct when nodes are offline.
