I had to machine out the 10mm coupling as the adjustment spindle was too large. there's a hex machined on the end of the spindle which attaches nicely to the coupling.

I've had this attached to a sled and have a design for a Z axis that is in progress. The brackets for the Z motor aren't long enough for this router, so I went for something else. I think you could just extend the brackets. I thought it would be easier to have a motor mount that sat on the moving part of the router and not have to worry about sliding brackets.

My plan is to 3D print a fitting that holds the motor, at the moment the wooden block isn't screwed to anything. There is a screw that could be used to attach a fitting, a 3D printed block would be better for this.

It looks like the weight of the top of the router causes the sled to tip back when the depth is wound all the way out. I'm investigating how to stop this. I'm curently putting a hefty steel rod on the top of the sled and all is well.
