Details
ConfigExtensionDialog was previously passing
isValidPath: () => true,but I'm pretty sure this was a mistake.Fixed bug where we were improperly escaping tilda's in windows. We didn't realize this because we were mocking the filesystem in the tests so when I fixed that, I had to fix this bug too.
