Pull Request Overview
This PR fixes a bug in the exhaustive-deps linter rule where it incorrectly considered values as stable when they appeared on the right-hand side of assignment expressions. The fix ensures that only values being assigned to (left-hand side) are considered stable.
- Updated the stable value detection logic to check if the reference is on the left-hand side of an assignment expression
- Added a test case to verify the fix works correctly for setter functions from useState
