    • New profiles are currently being defined or extended (e.g. in the CH ORF), which have a general scope and would fit into the CH Core. As these profiles are to go through the upcoming ballot round and the CH Core is not balloted there, they currently remain in the derived IGs. At the next CH Core ballot, these profiles can be moved if appropriate.

    • Version 0.1.0 folgt Anfang Mai. Das wird keine reviewte Version sein. Mit eHealth Suisse ist noch offen, ob und wie eine Vernehmlassung stattfindet.
    • CDA-CH-EMED wird parallel dazu auch aktualisiert. Updates sind neue Versionen von CDA-CH (V2.1 2020) und den IHE Pharmacy Profilen.
    • Der FHIR CH EMED IG beinhaltet die Abbildung der eMedikations Dokumente, wie sie im EPD-Kontext aussehen.
    • Am Projectathon sollen diese Austauschformate getestet werden können. Im Fokus wird das Medication Card document stehen. Der publizierte IG CH EMED dient als Grundlage für IHE Services um Validatoren dazu zu erstellen.

      • Yes: Wenn als Feedback beispielsweise "nur" Typos oder kleinere Sachen kommen, kann mit Yes abgestimmt werden. Jeder Kommentar wird berücksichtig.
      • No: Feedback welches mit einem No abgegeben werden, müssen aufgelöst/bereinigt werden.
    • Nach Ablauf des Abstimmungsverfahren müssen wir gemeinsam das Feedback anschauen und Konflikte auflösen.
    • Feedback Snapshot:
      • Beispielsweise beim CH-Core Patient wird der Snapshot nicht optimal abgebildet. Die Elemente des Identifiers erscheinen doppelt. Es wird überprüft, an was es liegt (XML-Definition oder grafische Darstellung).
    • Frage Terminologien:
      • Beispielsweise ist das ValueSet der Religionen sehr reduziert. Wichtig wäre es, dass auch nicht aufgeführte Religionen abgebildet werden können (z.B. Zeugen Jehovas). Durch das extensible Binding ist das möglich.
  • Planung FHIR Miniconnectathon Do 16.04.2020 in Solothurn
    • Falls Interesse an speziellen Tracks besteht, bitte bei Oliver melden. Ansonsten wird es ähnlich aufgebaut sein wie letztes Jahr (FHIR Patient, CH-Core Profile, Smart on FHIR, BFH, Meine Impfungen)
    • Zeitpunkt für einige ungünstig gewählt: Zürcher Frühlingsferien, ursprüngliches Go Live EPD, Ostern

    • Um am Abstimmungsverfahren teilzunehmen braucht es einen Account von http://www.hl7.org/. Für die Teilnahme den Account Oliver mitteilen. Ziel ist es, das Balloting-Tool von HL7.org verwenden zu können.
    • FHIR-Testserver wird bis zum 14.02.2020 aktualisiert, so dass praktische Tests durchgeführt werden können.
  • CH-Core Profile
    • Die Profile sind Einschränkungen auf Ressourcen (Austauschformat) und keine API-Spezifikation.
    • Wie die Systeme mit den Anforderungen (bspw. AHV-Nr. oder EPR-SPID) umgehen, wird nicht über diese Profile gelöst.

    • Bisher: Kombination aus HL7 ValueSet international & eCH ValueSet -> Feedback von HL7 Austria, dass es so nicht ok ist
    • Neu: eigene Extension, die nur noch auf eCH ValueSet basiert (inkl. Übersetzung), Mapping über ConceptMap
    • Extension Religion of patient according to eCH-0011 mit 'extensible' Binding, so besteht die Möglichkeit das ValueSet bei Bedarf in Zukunft zu erweitern
    • Diskussion über Code für 'andere'
      • Aktuell die Möglichkeit '000 unbekannt', 'andere' oder Freittextoptionen wie beispielsweise 'konfessionslos' sind so nicht ganz korrekt abgedeckt
      • Religion ist aber kein Pflichtfeld, somit kann es auch weggelassen werden
      • Im Moment ist kein Anwendungsfall bekannt, der eine Erweiterung des ValueSets, bzw. CodeSystems verlangt
      • Falls nötig, braucht es eine Instanz, die ein entsprechendes ValueSet/CodeSystem definiert, publiziert und verwaltet

  • Update BUR OID-Registration (Pero)

    • Pero hat sich bezüglich einer OID für die BUR (Betriebs- und Unternehmensregister) an das BFS, bzw. an das Bundesamt für Kommunikation gewendet. Das BAKOM hat folgende OIDs ausgestellt:
