Sophie - Running bursting simulations. Adding a wiki page on the parameter file.

Sophie - Trying to force the time collapse and analyzing the results.

Sophie - Analyzing time collapse data on edison. Starting to look at the hydrogen branch to add the binding energies.

Sophie - Actually analyzing time collapse data on edison. Cleaning up the branches with dynamic solver and Pade binning.

Sophie - Running dynamic solver simulations and testing the binding energy implementation in the hydrogen branch.

Sophie - Trying to reproduce time collapse a few timesteps before it happens. Starting to merge the iron test case from Aaron in the trunk.

Sophie - Looking at the precise concentrations at each time step in the collapse case. Continuing to work on the iron branch.
