March 2017 Morning Status Meetings
This page contains a brief summary of the status of the Xolotl development team each morning during the month of March 2017.
Sophie - Checking how to restart Xolotl with a bigger grid. Fixing the use of enable reaction and dissociation in the network branch.
Ozgur - Finding new references for the first UQ paper, and extending the introduction part.
Ozgur - Resolving the incompatibility problem with UQ-Xolotl scripts and the new UQTk version.
Ozgur - Preparing the new version of the first UQ paper.
Sophie - Restart bursting simulations with bigger grids. Starting to look at adding hydrogen to Xolotl.
Sophie - Working on the Xolotl part in the HeV mobility paper.
Ozgur - Extending the introduction section of the UQ paper by adding introductory information about Bayesian statistics.
Sophie - Reinstalling the dependencies on Livingstone to be able to profile the network optimization branch.
Ozgur - Continuing to prepare a new version of the UQ paper.
Sophie - Look at what takes the most time in the network optimization branch. Run more bubble bursting simulations.
Ozgur - Continuing to prepare the new version of the UQ paper, and updating Xolotl and UQTk dependencies on Livingstone.
