Sophie - Analyzing the coupled simulation results and migrating to the ACF.

Sophie - Working on why there is a divergence issue in the coupled code. Testing Cori and the ACF. Working on the ITER stuck simulations.

Sophie - Passing the volume fraction to MOOSE. Working on the ITER stuck simulations.

Sophie - Analyzing the scaling of Xolotl NE in 2D. Continuing on the SciDAC poster.

Sophie - Testing the heat equation with different grids. Working on visualization data in 1D.

Sophie - Gathering the differences between SPICES and Xolotl for 800H case. Trying to reproduce old modified trap mutation results.

Sophie - Merging the 800H branch improvement on the NE network back to the trunk. Continuing to work on reproducing old modified trap mutation results.
