2. Suggestions - great conversation!
   • Willow: Could the IF hire someone to help us keep up; question of how to fund that unresolved
   • PRs Should be easier to test, maybe think of ways to prepare a vagrant or ISLE configuration specific to the PR
   • Jon: PRs should be assigned; however can put burden on committers
   • Jordan: There is no clear indication of priority of a PR, should be a lot clearer so people know where to put their effort
   • Carey: Need more proactive project management
   • Danny: Maybe we need more committers
   • Mark: We need to figure out how to spread work out so that people are motivated to work on PRs that don't necessarily interest them or their employers
   • Gavin: Should we be more strategic about assigning work or just scale up and hope that more capacity takes care of the problem?
   • Jordan: We need a product owner and a clear roadmap. As a vendor, they can't tell potential clients if the community/IF is going to develop a feature.
   • Danny: The current survey should inform our priorities. Even if we have community's priorities are clear from a survey, they might shift
   • Mark: Some trivial features can reveal large, difficult architectural or modelling questions that derail predefined priorities.
   • Danny: If we can prioritize UX issues, especially around "what is an Islandora object", we might be able to get more people engaged in PRs and issues.
